REFLECTION (MY WHOLE SCHOOL YEAR EXPERIENCE)

9 months of memories, both sad and happy memories. Those memories are joyful and precious. This reflection is not only about this 4th Grading Period, it is about the whole school year. We experience being late, ditch a class , was scolded by teacher for being 30 mins. late, having some "small" issues in the classroom, Gener playing his guitar while we're all singing, surprising our teachers, attend activities we're we all have fun, practices during saturdays and sundays, those memories we're so precious to me. This is the part of being an High School student were you want to slow down the clock because you want to do more memories with them. It is hard to be in math class, being compared to other sections, high expectations and many more. But it is fun to be a math class student. Every time i look back all the memories we've done i always thought it was worth it to be on a special math class. Before, i nearly give up but thanks to my friends who are always there for me. It was hard to be a grade 10 but it is also fun.
"Moving up" April 04, 2019
that day will be happy and sad at the same time. The venue will be filled with happiness and tears. It is when you already have to say good bye to junior high school.  We're we all have to step on the next part of our life and be mature. High School is fun, and it will always be memorable.

"Dream, Believe, Survive"
Just like what Sir Manayon said "If you have dream, you have to believe. And also if you believe in your dream, you have to survive"
Dreams are necessary. Without dreams, there will be no ambition to chase. There will be no goal to reach. We will all be nothing without dreams. Not having dreams is like chasing a traceless murder. It is like following an invisible shadow. It is a dreadful goose chase. We must know what we want to do and follow that ambition. We can’t achieve anything in life without goals, and for these goals, we need to dream.
Most people have dreams. Big ones or small ones. Even the most successful people had dreams and that is what has made them what they are today. Dreaming is essential for a human being. Without dreams, you will lose interest in life and finally hate to live life. You will be bored and tired of the same monotonous routines of your daily life and will not even find interest in the most exciting things. Only with dreams, will you find a purpose to live your life. You will start working hard towards the dream and will never lose interest in life. You will never tire and always be motivated. This is the best way to become successful.

Foundation Day

Foundation Day is a designated date on which celebrations mark the founding of a nation, state or a creation of a military unit. This day is for countries that came into existence without the necessity of gaining independence. Older countries that use some other event of special significance as their national day
Every year, our school also celebrates foundation day and sometimes it lasted for 2-3 days. ISNHS have many events like "Mr. And Ms. ISNHS", "Field Demo" and many more. Field Demo is the most exciting part of the foundation day. Showing the dancing skills of the students of every grade level in our school.
This year's foundation day is kinda boring because unlike before, SSG and other clubs make booths in order for the students to not get bored because they still have to wait for their time (Field Demo).
I hope next year will be more exciting but too bad because i'm going to transfer school. I'm sure i will miss ISNHS. 4 years of memories, both sad and happy memories will be the one i'll cherish the most

KANNAWIDAN

Vigan is a city in the Philippines, on the west coast of Luzon island. It's known for its preserved Spanish colonial and Asian architecture. Calle Crisologo dominates the Mestizo district, with its cobblestone streets, malecón, horse-drawn carriages and rustic mansions. Near the white baroque Vigan Cathedral are Plaza Salcedo, offering fountain light shows, and Plaza Burgos, known for its street-food stalls.
Vigan also have many events and festivals. One of the most popular event is Kannawidan Festival (Ilocos sur in particular) , This festival at the end of January celebrates the best of Ilocos Sur culture, from traditional dress and folk dance to tribal rituals and marching band contests. The festival of Ilocos Sur that celebrates its being a separate province from Ilocos Norte, and its being a treasure chest of traditions and culture.  Every year, ilocos sur celebates it and many artists come  to perform for Bigenoes and Ilocanoes.
This festival helps the ilocanoes to gather and celebrate the culture and arts of the province.

THE CHANGE STARTS WITH YOU

She captures her reflection then she throws the mirror to the floor
Her image is distorted screaming, "Is it worth it anymore?"
No-oh-oh
Are you scared of the things that they might put you through?
Does it make you wanna hide the inner you?
You’re not the only one so let them criticize, oh oh oh
You’re untouchable when you realize, oh oh oh
Change, change your life, take it all
We’re gonna stick together, know we’ll get through it all
Change, change your life, take it all (yeah, take it all)
You’re gonna use it to become what you’ve always known
(Become what you’ve always known) -Little Mix
You are the only one who can decide if you want to change your life. Your life is one of the most wonderful gift of God that's why you have to give importance to it and appreciate it. God make us different from one another. We have our own strengths and weaknesses. It's your choice if you will accept it or be ashamed because of it. you should be proud of yourself that's what they say. But it is also more better if you change or you improve your weaknesses. Because it will help you more to discover or do new things.

NEW YEAR, NEW ME

2018 is a very challenging year to all of us. That year, I've allowed myself to be vulnerable – to moments, to feelings, to people – more times than I have in my lifetime. I Allow myself to feel and talk about all my worries and problems in life. Last year was the saddest for me, because some of the people i cherish the most left me.

But there’s a beginning in an end, you know? It’s true that you can’t reclaim what you had, but you can lock it up behind you. Start fresh. — Alexandra Bracken

On the year, 2019. I want to start my year better than last year. Everyone deserves a life full of inspiration, happiness and positivity. So i will try my best to live my life with full of enjoyment and learn to give importance to it. I don't want to be the old me, i don't want to be sad again. i don't want to be miserable.

This year will be more enjoyable than ever. this year will my year, the year where all my anxiety and depression will leave me. I wan't to appreciate the beauty of life now, because that's what God wants us to do.

United Nations

United Nations Day is celebrated worldwide every October 24 in honor of the intergovernmental organization promoting human rights, social progress, and world peace. In many Philippine schools, United Nations Day is celebrated by having students dress up in the national costumes or traditional clothing of different nations, and holding lessons about cultural diversity. The Philippines is among the 51 founding members of the United Nations. In our school, we also have this event. Students representing their sections, different costumes and classmates cheering for them. And in this school year, our representative Earl won and we are so proud of him. And as a student, we need to have a knowledge about United Nations.

Essence of Christmas

first of all, What is Christmas?

Christmas is a holiday that's celebrated on December 25th. For religious Christians,Christmas is a celebration of Christ's birth.

“Best of all, Christmas means a spirit of love, a time when the love of God and the love of our fellow men should prevail over all hatred and bitterness, a time when our thoughts and deeds and the spirit of our lives manifest the presence of God.”— George F. McDougall

We must not forget the true essence of Christmas. Christmas is not all about giving gifts, it is also the time of the year to forgive people and love people.

"Christmas is the spirit of giving without a thought of getting. It is happiness because we see joy in people. It is forgetting self and finding time for others. It is discarding the meaningless and stressing the true values" -Thomas S. Monson

enjoy your holidays!

Araw Ng Mga Guro
